About Skiply
I built Skiply because I could see what was coming for small business — and I didn't like it.
G'day — I'm Ben. I've spent twenty years in executive business, most recently in a senior eCommerce leadership role at a major national retailer. I've sat in the rooms where big companies decide how to spend millions on technology, and I've led the teams that rolled it out at serious scale.
But I didn't start there. My roots are in small business — I know what it's like when the owner is also the receptionist, the bookkeeper and the after-hours admin department. I've always been an entrepreneurial problem-solver at heart, and the problems I find most worth solving are the ones that decide whether a small business thrives or just survives.
Here's what I watched happen from inside the big end of town: companies like the one I worked for are partnering with the likes of Salesforce and Google to implement AI across everything they do. The price tags are enormous — and the results are real. Faster responses, around-the-clock service, leads that never go cold. Every one of those advantages comes directly at the expense of the smaller businesses competing with them.
Those enterprise solutions are far too big and far too expensive for a small or medium business to touch. Which leaves the businesses that can least afford to fall behind with no realistic way to keep up. Without help, good businesses — ones that are better at what they do than their big competitors — risk being gobbled up by AI-powered rivals simply because nobody would build for them at their size and their budget.
Skiply exists to level that playing field.
The approach is deliberately the opposite of enterprise consulting: agile, fast and affordable. I come into your business, find the handful of places where AI genuinely pays for itself, and get something working quickly — delivering benefits straight away, not after an eighteen-month transformation program. The goal is simple: you keep competing, you keep winning, and you do it with the same class of tools the big players have — sized and priced for your business.
If that sounds like the kind of help you've been looking for, the next step is easy — a free discovery call, no obligations, no sales script. Worst case, you leave with a clearer picture of where AI fits your business. Best case, we get to work.
Let's work out what AI can actually do for your business.
A free discovery call with the person who'll actually do the work — not a sales team.
